• About Ariana Van Anne, Intern
    Arvada & Virtual Session

As a therapist, I believe it’s an honor to walk alongside you through every mountain and valley of being human. You aren’t meant to do this life alone, and I’m here to create a safe space where you can unmask and learn more about your authentic self.

I tailor my trauma-informed and humanistic therapeutic approach to the uniqueness of your personal journey and goals, as I believe you deserve to be deeply known and met exactly where you are. I often focus on present-moment (Gestalt) therapy, allowing us to get creative and experiment with how you’re relating to the here and now. From personal experience, I also believe trauma lives in the body, and my mindfulness and somatic approach can help you work through stored emotions from the past. I also specialize in parts work, using concepts from Internal Family Systems (IFS) to get to know every part of you, and allow each part to feel seen and heard as they desire. By building self-awareness and self-compassion, my holistic orientation focuses on your mind, body, spirit, and heart. You deserve to feel fully alive and find purpose in this life, and we will collaborate together to find nervous system regulation tools that work for you.

I find incredible value in our therapeutic relationship, and I know it takes courage to seek out support- I’m so glad you’re here. I am a LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergence affirming therapist, all are welcome here. I offer a nonjudgmental, accepting, loving space as a therapist, and I believe we can work together toward your most empowered and fulfilled being. I’m so excited to get to know you and witness the process of you getting to deeply know yourself.
