• About Beverly Reimer, LPCC (she/her)
    Arvada & Virtual Sessions

Like many of you, my life has had many twists and turns – some of which I anticipated and many of which I did not. During those times, I found enormous help moving through moments of struggle and overwhelm by seeing a therapist. I know how vulnerable it can feel to revisit trauma, making sense of unwanted memories, unexpected reactions, and lingering emotions. I’d like the opportunity to walk with you through your therapeutic journey.

I recently completed my masters degree at Naropa University as part of the Mindfulness-Based Counseling program, with a specialized focus on supporting trauma survivors. My approach in counseling is to include the whole-self bringing mind, body, and spirit into the healing process. As a counselor, I seek to understand how our pasts impact our present (and future), trusting that inner wisdom will always help reveal the therapeutic path forward. In working with clients, I regularly use internal family systems, accelerated resolution therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic experiencing, meditation and guided visualizations. I happily join the team of clinicians at Alpine Lakes to support you in whatever challenges you may be facing. Please always know, I will be with you each step of the way.
