About Sabrina Rubaud, LSW

Taking the first step in finding a therapist is overwhelming and having to share your life story can make you feel vulnerable. I provide a person-centered and trauma-informed approach by creating a safe non-judgmental space to support you on your healing journey. I specialize in working with adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Using evidence-based interventions including Dialect Behavioral Therapy we will develop skills to identify and regulate emotions. We will build a greater understanding on how to connect with yourself and how your mental, physical and emotional health impact your daily life.
I am a licensed social worker and have obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Johnson & Wales University and Masters Degree in Social Work from Boston University. I have experience with working in residential settings at McLean Hospital and the Department of Mental Health community outreach programs.
