    Aurora & Virtual Sessions

You may be feeling trapped by your anxiety or depression. You may wonder why it has been a challenge for you to move forward from painful experiences. You may be wondering where to begin, if you will be able to heal, and overcome your obstacles. I believe you can. The beginning of this journey can feel overwhelming and you may feel stuck or even hopeless. I am here to say there is hope, you can heal, you can grow, and you can move forward.

I specialize in working with men struggling with anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Together we create practices that emphasize balance in your life, we identify and change destructive patterns, and help you become your authentic self. Using both emotional and thought based techniques we work together to best meet your individual needs, and help you reach your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and relationship goals.

I started my journey to becoming a therapist as a young man, confronting my own trauma. After coming through that storm, I realized it was my calling to help others. I have helped men struggling with anxiety, depression, addictions, feelings of worthlessness, relational challenges, trauma and abuse. I would be honored to partner with you in this journey. Call or email to schedule your initial appointment today.
