• About Lindsey Vioski, LPCC

I am currently a licensed professional counseling candidate (LPCC) at Alpine Lakes Holistic Counseling and Wellness Center in Arvada.

My experience includes working with teens, young adults, adults, individuals and groups in inpatient, outpatient, and wilderness-based programs. I have supported individuals on issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD, CPTSD, personality disorders, life transitions, relationship issues, trauma, grief, and loss. Through my professional experience, I developed an ecological perspective towards healing that involves reinforcing relationships with the natural world. My therapeutic approach is founded in the belief that our bodies and emotions possess untapped inner wisdom that once tapped into, can guide us to a more fulfilling life. I intend to support clients through varied approaches including somatic engagement, internal family systems (IFS), mindfulness practices, acceptance and commitment therapy, and nature-based approaches.

My approach involves working with you collaboratively to set personable goals where you can feel safe getting comfortable in the uncomfortable, work through difficult emotions and experiences while also being able to uncover what is holding you back. My role is to support you in a way that considers your unique up-bringing, culture, perspectives, and life story. I intend to empower and challenge you in ways that motivate you to develop your own foundations towards growth along your mental health journey.

“Only to the extent that we expose ourselves over and over to annihilation, can that which is indestructible in us be found.”-Pema Chödrön
