    I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, loss, relationship issues, and depression, through Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) lens to help desensitize and reprocess negative thoughts and emotional distress. EMDR uses unique techniques to assist individuals in their mental health healing journey.
