About Haley Wilson, Intern
Arvada & Virtual Sessions Starting January 13

At our core, we all want to experience true happiness and fulfillment, yet this often feels out of reach. As a counselor, I believe that no matter your current circumstances, you can find what you're searching for-and I'm here to help.

I approach therapy as a collaborative journey, offering a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore life's complexities together. My goal is to support your healing, growth, and self- discovery through the highs and lows. My work includes helping clients:

  • Understand how past experiences shaped present struggles
  • Cultivate resilience and self-compassion
  • Process emotions and trauma
  • Uncover and deconstruct limiting beliefs or patterns

Drawing from a blend of evidence-based trauma-informed care, holistic health, and mindful practices, I focus on how trauma impacts the nervous system, relationships, and our ability to experience deep connection and joy.

I hold a BA in Contemplative Psychology and Religious Studies from Naropa University and am pursuing an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Buddhist-Inspired Contemplative Counseling. I welcome clients from all walks of life, including LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, BIPOC, disabled, and chronically ill individuals.

I offer in-person and Telehealth sessions and a free 15-minute consultation call for clients interested in working with me. I would be happy to discuss how I might be able to support you on your path-please feel free to reach out to schedule a free consultation.
